Car & General Launches Dealership in Kitui

Salaba Holdings, Car & General's new dealer in Kitui, will sell the company's Piaggio three-wheelers and TVS motorcycles to consumers in the Eastern area in addition to providing service and parts.

Car & General, a prominent distributor of motorcycles and tuk-tuks, was the first company in Kenya to deploy both vehicles as taxis more than 20 years ago.

In keeping with its dedication to innovation, the company last year added electric three-wheelers to its lineup in Nairobi and Mombasa with the goal of lowering operating costs and promoting cleaner transportation options.

The e-mobility solutions offered by the company are intended to mitigate the effects of climate change and cut emissions.

As part of its product growth, Car & General also unveiled the TVS HLX 125, a motorcycle with five gears.

"C&G is committed to its mantra of making customers smile in every street, in every town with quality products and after-sales services," said Jones Musau, Regional Manager at Car & General, who spoke at the meeting about the company's commitment to customer happiness.

Musau highlighted the important role that their two- and three-wheelers play in enhancing lives by generating employment opportunities and dependable last-mile connectivity.

Car & General's objective of bringing goods and services closer to its clients is in line with the inauguration of the Kitui dealership.
