Ford appoints Caetano as its official distributor in Kenya
Caetano has been selected by Ford Motor Company as the country's authorised distributor of Ford automobiles.
This revolutionary breakthrough is likely to transform the Kenyan car sector.
According to a statement from the American automaker, "Ford Motor Company is pleased to announce the selection of Salvador Caetano as the new distributor-partner, selling and servicing Ford cars in Kenya and Uganda, beginning operations on July 1st, 2023, after the expiration of the previous contract with CMC Motors."
Ford is now represented by Salvador Caetano in Tunisia, Senegal, Angola, Gambia, Guinea Conakry, Mauritania, Liberia, and Cape Verde.
Ford stated that Salvador Caetano has shown a desire to invest and take advantage of all chances as it works to enhance the Ford customer experience in both Kenya and Uganda.
The partnership expands Caetano's current dealership in the Kenyan market for Renault, Hyundai, and Kia vehicles.
Ford asserted that the agreement is a logical extension of its collaboration with Caetano in the West African market and that the newly appointed dealer is prepared to make additional investments to increase its market share in Kenya and Uganda.
By upgrading the way "we move, delivering premium products, expert services, and an unwavering commitment to innovation," Ford and Caetano, two automotive behemoths, are united in their quest to provide Kenyan consumers an outstanding experience.
Caetano Kenya, a subsidiary of the prestigious Portuguese business Salvador Caetano business, occupies a key place in Kenya's automotive market.
